There is no right or wrong reason to go to therapy and no problem is too big or small – therapy is for everyone. I understand how important it is to find a therapist that you can connect with and feel understands you.
This is why I offer a free, ‘no strings attached’ consult to all of my clients before beginning treatment. The consultation lasts approximately 20 minutes and will allows us to get to know each other better and see if we are good therapeutic match.
What I Do
Psychological support to the International & Expat Community in The Netherlands
In my private practice, I offer online psychological support to the international and expat community in English. I combine my education and training with my own experiences as an expat living in The Netherlands through a client-centered approach. I recognise that everyone has different needs, which is why I individually tailor my support to each of my clients and combine therapeutic techniques to find what best suits you.
My aim is to focus on your needs, listen closely to you & provide a safe space. It’s important to me that my clients feel in control of their sessions, their progress and their lives, which is why I work closely with all my clients to establish goals that are conducive to your personal growth
I understand the need for accessibility and convenience when it comes to therapy, which is why I offer my sessions online, so you can receive treatment from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you best.
